Join us for live animal presentations, penguin demonstrations, sea lion demonstrations, aldabra tortoise feedings, shark feedings, nature's attic, children's zoo contact yard, nature's exchange, and zoo train. Come and experience Little River Zoo. We promise a unique, non-traditional adventure for you and your family. Since opening to the public in 1996, the Zoo has become a major educational resource in the community, teaching visitors about compassion, hope, and respect for all living things. Every visitor receives a personally guided tour, one that provides not just the facts about the animals, but who they are, where they came from, and the differences in their personalities. You and your family will enjoy a personal and up-close look at the animals that live here. Safari's Exotic Wildlife Sanctuary in Broken Arrow was founded in 1995 to do just that. We rescue all kinds of wildlife, from big cats, wolves, bears, primates, hoof stock, birds, reptiles..etc. Currently housing around 200 animals. All from either private individuals who could not keep or from zoo's that over breed. Don't forget your camera! |
